This is my art for the current Scripture Challenge.
This is a digital page created using a kit called No Greater Love by Lifesong Creations and the edging is an overlay by Valerie Randall.
I chose this kit because for some reason when I here the word "sanctify" the colour "white" comes to my mind - hence the white lilies and the background paper in the kit was perfect because of the cross of Christ.
This is just gorgeous, I love your work and yes you do inspire, encourage and bring delight to me. I am sure your art is bringing glory to the Lord. I haven't started this challenge with Faith Sisters, but did the Real Meaning of Christmas with them last year. It is so nice to be able to share our faith with others through our craft. Keep up the lovely work.
ReplyDeleteHi. This is my first year to participate or even know about Patter's Scriptural Challenge II. I clicked on your name through "Mr. Linky." I really like your "HOPE" oage, and I love the Oswald Chamber's quote a lot, too.
ReplyDeleteDo you know in what it was written? A book? A speech?
I have not posted ANY art anywhere yet. Nervous about it. So many VERY talented people here, and at SCS (I'm usually over there.)
Thanks for having me...and for having the courage to post your thoughts/art for others to see.
Have a Blessed weekend!
Traci S.
Hi again! This is Traci (again.) I meant to ask you if you knew what the word or scripture for Patter's Thursday Faith Journaling (1/7/2010) might be.
ReplyDeleteI received it, but I thought it was sent to me in error..so I totally deleted it from my computer!
Thanks,
Traci S. (Either at Patter's or at SplitCoast Stampers. SCS)
